Upon visiting the LA and NY stores and spending about $1200 on their wares, it is without a doubt in my mind that I say Opening Ceremony is the pinnacle of fashion for me right now (as in actual wearable clothing, not avant garde runway stuff).
After missing the Spike Jonze and OC carpark BBQ in LA due to shitty flight times, I was slightly apprehensive to open any OC newsletters in my inbox for fear of an overpowering sense of jealousy or sadness. But... I just happened to read their latest, and in it was their newest lookbook.
Feast your eyes my children! Learn that BLACK IS DEAD, layering is the answer to the boredom resting on your lips (hips?), and that you should NEVER be afraid of frills, spots, holes, colours, weird proportions or crazy ass shoes.
Werd.
